At Sudarshan Family Store, we strive to ensure your family looks their best; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason for the request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all Sudarshan price tags intact; our team will verify the item's condition upon arrival.

• 3.
  Package & Pickup

  Place the items in their original packaging and await our courier partner who will arrive for a doorstep pickup within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the return is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
